Wooden components for advertising and event companies

Wood works well when a display, stand or brand element should feel more solid, warmer and more distinctive than a typical plastic carrier. We make prototypes, short runs and repeatable components based on a photo, drawing, sample or specification.

When wood makes sense in advertising and POS

Wood is worth considering when the element should improve brand perception, return in future campaigns or work as a visible display detail. The best projects are described by dimensions, material and assembly method.

  • displays and POS elements
  • bases, frames and exhibition details
  • stand and scenery components
  • wooden sign carriers
  • short campaign production runs

Prototype, sample and short run

For campaigns and events, the best first step is often a prototype or a first small batch. It helps confirm proportions, stability, finish, visible edges and whether the component can be packed sensibly.

  • first sample for approval
  • material and colour alignment
  • stability or assembly test
  • short run after sample approval
  • repeatability for future campaigns

What affects timing and cost

Quantity, size, shape complexity, finish and event date matter most. Larger or delicate components also require checking whether packing and shipping are realistic within the timeline.

  • quantity and target deadline
  • flat, spatial or foldable element
  • visible sides and finish standard
  • holes, milling, logo or extra details
  • packing, pickup or shipping

Worth knowing

What can block a fast launch

The hardest projects are those with a very short deadline, no dimensions or assumptions that cannot be tested before production. An imperfect sketch is more useful than a general campaign description.

  • no dimensions or quantity
  • event deadline without time for a sample
  • unclear load or assembly method
  • large component without transport plan
  • no information about visible surfaces

FAQ

Common questions before a quote

Can you work from an agency visual?

Yes. A visual, sketch or reference photo is enough for the first conversation if you add dimensions, quantity and deadline.

Can you make one prototype before the run?

Yes. For POS and event components, a prototype is often the best way to check proportions, stability and finish.

Can components be shipped to an event?

Yes, if the component and timing make logistical sense. Packing, protection and shipping are agreed individually after we understand the project.

Do you have a photo, drawing or specification?

Send the component reference. We will tell you whether it fits the workshop and what data is missing.
